Serving Size:1 Burger
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 egg white
2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat grill to medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties. Grill 4 – 5 minutes a side. Serve with a tomato slice on a bun (I use gluten free) I typically also add an ounce of half fat cheddar to increase the protein for myself and male clients as well as carrots and low fat dressing to hit proper calories.
